Our client – a fast-growing, implant-focused clinic in Sydney CBD – is seeking a Junior Dental Surgeon with at least 2 years of clinical experience and a genuine passion for surgical dentistry. This is a rare opportunity to be mentored by leaders in implantology while gaining hands-on experience in complex surgical procedures including All-on-4 , full-arch rehabilitation, and advanced implant workflows. You’ll be part of a structured growth pathway within a clinic that is also home to one of Australasia’s most respected implant education institutes. About the Role This full-time role is ideal for a clinician who is ready to go beyond general dentistry and fully immerse themselves in the surgical space. You’ll work directly with experienced implant surgeons, assisting with complex cases, and gradually progressing to performing your own procedures — all with ongoing clinical support and education.
